The Avenir Summary
Avenir, meaning “The Future” in French, is the new iconic freehold condominium development to launched in the beginning of 2020. Strategically located in the prestigious District 9, Avenir sits on the large plot occupied by former Pacific Mansion, which was sold for $980M during enbloc in 2018. This new luxury condominium will be developed by Carmel Development Pte Ltd, a consortium of three renowned developers namely GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Intrepid Investments Pte Ltd and Hong Realty (Private) Limited.
This highly anticipated new launch in 2020 is expected to obtain TOP in 2024. It will offer two 36-storey towers with 376 residential units with a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts. Being a luxury residence, the Avenir will offer larger size units with more spacious rooms.
With greater demand for larger size units in the Core Central Region, majority of the units will be 3 and 4-bedders. There will be only be one stack of 1-bedroom and one stack of 2-bedroom units.
