The Avenir Architect – Two world renowned architectural firms ADDP Architects and studioMilou are engaged in the architectural design of The Avenir.

Both companies have vast experience in many residential and commercial projects in Singapore and around the world, with studioMilou having many success in Europe too.

Founded in 1986, ADDP Architects offers comprehensive services including architectural and interior design, project administration and masterplanning. It has designed many well known projects in Singapore including Le Quest, Grandeur Park Residence and Martin Modern.

studioMilou, established in 2008 in Singapore in order to supervise the design and construction of the National Gallery Singapore has since won many national awards too.

As a result, the partnership of ADDP and studioMilou to design The Avenir is set to be the luxury iconic development in District 9 of Singapore. The fact that GuocoLand and Hong Leong Realty engaged these two world renowned architectural firms in the design of The Avenir speaks of their committment to deliver only the best.
